“Ella and the other tour guide/zipline "handlers" (perhaps Sophie? Sorry, I forgot her name!) were so kind and friendly. They kept us safe and shared lots of good facts about the forest as we walked through on the way back to the starting point. Make sure to grab the rope at the end of each Zipline! Be prepared to do a good amount of walking with some hills. Beautiful, educational, great experience. Fun!”

“Great fun and a good guide. I would have preferred to understand how the experience was progressing. I built up confidence as I went, and for example, for the final ‘challenge’, I would have made myself braver if I’d known it was the end. Some idea of time management would have been helpful; it felt it suddenly ended. Also, when you are unstrapping someone, talk to that person; don’t keep talking to the previous person; it’s simply rude.”
